Pros- portable, seems accurate, works well when you follow the directions.
Cons- You need to wait 20 min from the last drink until you blow. Recovery time is long if you blow high and want to compare to someone else. Also is made of that plastic that seems like it won't withstand a from chest high. They also "suggest" you buy a bunch of mouth pieces for accurate reading, but I call BS on that. They are just short straws and can be washed.
Fun and scary- Try blowing in the morning before you go to work....Might help scare you into drinking less..If you don't buy this one, at least buy one.

I do like this product...the fact that it has a case and I can always carry it with me. I THINK it's accurate, but sometimes I'm not sure if it is. Also, the only thing that really bothers me is that it takes a while to get "ready." After you turn it on, it flashes until it's ready (which is a while).

This was the cheapest one that I could find that had a mouth piece. I didn't think the ones w/o a mouth piece would be very good. Item works well and is light.

This unit was just ok in my book, I opened it up and it feels cheaply built, however it works (unless you spill beer on it, which I did).
